Location, not LGBT friendly
I wasn't impressed. My partner wasn't either. Good luck walking into town - not an option. It is way too far. Just seems like a motel 6
Nice but misleading
We recently stayed here after leaving the famed P'town seeking a potential future-alternative. Although it was a very nice place, the description as noted in the introduction was a bit misleading. First, a staff member reported that, inclusive of the 3 buildings, there are a total of 56 rooms, not the nearly 100 as stated. All staff members were very friendly and extremely eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Secondly, the number of gay guests during our visit was few. There were gay artifacts show-cased in the lobby of the original building, and an HRC decal prominently displayed; however, don't go looking for a rainbow flag because you wont find one here. Most guest were straight couples and/or families with kids. Having an "adults only" pool area was nice, but the pool was rather small; good for playing, not swimming. On the other hand the Jacuzzi was very nice; large enough to comfortably accommodate 8 or so people. Both appeared to be well maintained. The gym was functionally equipped and enough to maintain a good work out routine. Although we were not disappointed in our accommodations, our disappointment does lie with the inn, in general, and Ogunquit in particular, being an attraction for gays. To quote a staff member, "it's a one bar P'town."
Could not be better
Great place to hang out with friends. Adults only pool, firepit, and great restaurant - Nancy's
